The Marvelwood School
Marvelwood is a small college preparatory school with a personalized approach to education. We work with average to above average students who want to be involved in their education. Supplementing our academics are offerings in art, music, drama, competitive and non-competitive sports, award-winning community service and science programs and individual instruction in study skills. Marvelwood students have a wide variety of backgrounds and learning styles, and require a flexible curriculum. Small classes, dedicated faculty members, a strong adviser program, and supervised study time ensure that each student receives the individual attention he or she needs. “Hands-on” learning in every facet of the academic program is a major emphasis at Marvelwood.
The mountaintop campus is located in breath-taking Kent, Connecticut and just two hours away from New York City and JFK airport. We provide a caring environment where success happens. Our graduates are accepted to top colleges and universities.
